I am looking for a solution that can trap bandwitdh downloads by IP/Mac Address and report it. Did not manage to get that on Bandwidth Monitor.Tell me how I can achieve that. I want to isolate IPs/Mac addresses and report on bandwidth received/send easily and daily

yeah it\'s good one, but actually I\'m searching for the same one but for ISA server to make me see the traffics online.

I can't find anything that displays bandwidth used by a particular node/ip in a network.I want to find the bandwidth used by a particular internet user in a LAN. Internet is provided using proxy.

it is a great software on of a kind, so many options, but a jungle of menu items. and it needs improvement, it should be easier and simpler.

I haven\'t had a chance to exchaustively test the program yet, but I have set it up to monitor the local connnections and the data and graphs that comes back looks really good. I\'ll keep using it. If it keeps looking good, I\'ll look at purchasing it for my organization.

Was unable to install on Vista Ult 64 version. Setup would start but window displaying the setup info was minimized and could not be restored or made visible at any point. From reviews this would have been a great program for my needs but, better luck next time. Tried installing/downloading 5x.

Well, PRTG is very useful for me especially an "Auto Discovery" tool.Also,I enjoy its nice GUI

I do not have anything good to say. Tried to install on Vista Home Premium, SP1 but the install keept on hanging. It did leave a half install system that was a mess to clean.

i have not ISA firewall, but i have Sonic Wall firewall.so i want a tool i can install on my machine (windows 7 Ultimate) to monitor all network client traffic Rx and Tx.unfortunately NBMonitor Network Bandwidth Monitor allow my only monitoring my PC\'s network card traffic.

A really nice piece of software. I have been having problems with the local network going down. This software is brilliant simple to install and easy to use. I would recoment it to anyone who has issues with website and network down times, because often it is having the evidance that mnakes people do things.

Could almost be great Adding down to the second monitoring would be great. Also I work at a server colocation. It would be great if there was a web interface so customers could login view alarms and disable them over the internet. These are the main features holding us back from purchasing the product.

Opinion I'm still learning the many facilities available with PRTG Network monitor, but from what I have already discovered, it more than meets my requirements and is an excellent piece of software - more then 'Fit for Purpose'. It does what it says on the box.

PRTG seems very potent. my primary use, to monitor my internet connection uptime, has been reached.

internet monitoring for a wireless DSL Modem Hello,The program interface is very friendly but i couldn't use it to monitor the internet traffic on my children laptops. we use wireless DSL modem D-Link G604T/Tx in our home to connect to the internet and i expected i can monitor the traffic directly on the modem itself.MEASAK

Nice Program for one usage. If you want just to check new monitor, this is not the thing you need. You need something more simple. But it can do more than only monitor check! You can configure your monitor using this tool. And, good that trial version is availble - it's enough to test monitor once.

Its a fair program. Well I would say just to see if there is any defects with your monitor it will ok but it has no info about the tests at the end, no specs, limits of monitor peaks. I wouldn't buy it, it would have been better if the computer did the tests itself, and produced a report on it. Kye.

Does not work for my interfaces I am running a Cisco 6509 with a SUP720. This device is running in hybrid mode. I m running IOS on the SUP and CatOS on the switch. Only the virtual interfaces are accessible via IOS; the hardware interfaces are SNMP accessed thru CatOS. The interfaces I am particularly interested in getting data about are "aggregated" interfaces -- two, 1Gig interfaces bonded with EtherChannel to form a single 2G interface.
